Changes happening faster than anticipated

So I have now been taking hormones for six and a half weeks. I can't believe the physical changes that I'm seeing already. My moobs have morphed into boobs. Other people have made comments about them before I noticed the changes. So I know it's not my imagination running wild. I am now forced wearing a bra during my waking hours. Now I'm not complaining as I did sign up for this and I have never felt better about myself, it's just I didn't think things would happen so quickly. 

On Wednesday I am to get blood drawn for my first labs since starting HRT.

My breasts have filled out, they look feminine, they are perky. The time frame makes no sense to me as it seems to fast but yet there they are. And others have said things about them before I noticed.

With hormones it really is like a lottery. Sounds like you've got lots or oestrogen receptors, lucky b*tch!!!

My wife had the same thing - it hurt going down stairs by 5 days in, and her breasts looked perky and female at about a week. She was also kind of shocked. (Like you, she had some fat in that area to begin with, so it looked like what happened is the breast buds made everything stick up and round out very fast.) Be warned, she ended up having to move up coming out at work/going full-time b/c she was a C-cup by five months.

I got tired of going bra shopping every month or so...

I had the same thing, 5 days in had very senstive breasts, and buds formed very quickly and started round out to look female like (within 2 weeks). Two weeks in I was wearing a bra full time. I was a B-cup at five months.

My breasts slowed down after that, new 2 years in I am a large C/D cup (depends on the bra)

I started HRT at the tender age of 21.

noleen : I should have added, my wife was 32 years old. No idea why she responded so quickly! Sounds like you at least got the painful growth stage out of the way fast.
I hope it wasn't an inconvenience to you...

(She's a 38DDD-40DD at 3 years [professionally fitted recently - in a random store her size varies all the way up to 42DDD, b/c bras are weird], which means she'd kind of like it to stop now! I don't blame her.)

I just started to wear a bra full time last week. For now I just got sports bras because I don't want to be spending a lot of money on things I will probably be growing out of relatively fast.
