Are there any medical conditions/diseases that preclude GCS?

[NOTE TO ADMIN: Sorry if this is in the wrong place. Wasn't sure where to place it.]

Just curious if there are any medical issues that might prevent one from getting GCS. I vaguely remember someone in a documentary having Parkinson's and not being eligible for GCS, but I don't remember which doc it was.
