I'll explain my situation, I'm canadian permanent resident and I'll probably get my citizenship in two - three years maybe, and if you count after that the time for the psychologist to get the letter and then the waiting list my waiting time goes up to 4,5 - 5 years of waiting. I can't wait for that much time, I need to do something because otherwise my gender dysphoria will eat me alive (I'm sure I'm not alone in this situation). Furthermore, I have a bad health, so the thought of stopping my hormones and androcur because of a disease for any amount of time and knowing that my body will remasculinize myself is just very depressing for me (to a suicidal degree). Similarly, I don't want to take androcur (and be dependent on it + the cost) for such a prolonged time, it's not good.  Those are pretty much the reasons for me to do my orchie before SRS.

The question is - does anybody know doctors in east canada (Quebec, Ontario) who'll agree to do this for me? (for a fee of course)
And if none would do it, is there any doctors in United - States who will and what will be the price for this kind of operation?
No future for me.
