Being watched?

What's it mean if someone is 'being watched' on here? I noticed some people are and they have different percentages of warning levels. What does this all mean?

Yes, the "Watched" symbol means that a penalty has been issued by the Staff. The penalty decreases daily unless there are further issues. Hugs, Devlyn

On the serious side, all TOS violations can be subject to penalties, based on severity of the offense. But we usually PM first, you've seen one of those, I seem to recall...... <fetching The Moderators Big Book>
