What's it mean if someone is 'being watched' on here? I noticed some people are and they have different percentages of warning levels. What does this all mean?

It means they have not been playing nice, and so the big aunties are keeping them on a short leash...

Yes, the "Watched" symbol means that a penalty has been issued by the Staff. The penalty decreases daily unless there are further issues. Hugs, Devlyn
