Southern New Jersey near exit 0 or Lewis, Delaware?

I live at the very bottom of New Jersey, right by Cape May and Lewis Delaware and I am wondering if there is any local support group or perhaps even just meetups in the area?

Was falsely diagnosed as a female-to-male transsexual.
I'm just a cisgender female picking up the pieces.
