I am actually turning ** this week, so I guess that I am pretty young ^_^ thank you for the tip!
I think that once I start hormones and grow facial hair and have a thicker neck I'll pass...  I know you guys will be here to help me know for sure, though! :)

You could certainly pass for a young boy, though it is worth mentioning that posting of ages is strongly frowned upon for members, and those under 18 are explicitly prohibited from stating their biological age as per the ToS. Just thought you should know, I overlooked that rule too when I first joined ^^

I tried to take a picture in one of those "teen angsty hipster" poses and failed at it (actually no, I'm sitting like that because it makes my hip hurt less), but the way it came out is making me realize that my face especially at certain angles looks younger than I thought. I was trying to analyze that because of some recent events, I was going to take a head-on picture but those were coming out blurry because my hand is bad at holding the phone today.

Really hard to tell from a sideshot, but how old would you peg me as in this picture? (Excuse the mess, my mom felt the need to shove an apartment's worth of things in my closet, including some rather girly toys no one ever played with and a gigantic box of something.)

Edited Quote to remove Benen's age. :P

Max, I wouldn't worry too much about the pose, though I know you're on the short side, someone looking at you to see you at that angle would have to be like 2 feet taller than you and be standing super close to you. It only makes you look young (I guess I'd say like 12 or so, pre-pubescent) because it highlights your soft cheeks.

I would think that your age would be around 14 or 15.  But a super cute 14 or 15 year old! ^_^

Hah wow, okay. I only ask because I was roped into doing an activity with a bunch of little kids about building circuits the other day by a librarian who thought I was a little kid too. I tried to explain that I was too old but she didn't believe me, the people there thought I was in elementary or something and were shocked to find out otherwise. After the activity, she came over to everyone with stickers and gave them out to the kids. When she got to me, she said "Here you go...or wait, are you too old for that?  ::)". I sighed and she gave me a sticker anyway.

But I'll be in college the year after next! D:

Enjoy it while you can. You don't believe it now but one day you'll miss it. When I was 22 I was pegged as a 14 year old often (transguys "curse" lol). Now at 31 I look mid-late 20's...so I'll take that.

Oh, in the pic I would say like an 10 or 11 year old little guy.

Hi guys! Long time no post. Thought I'd pop in and post a comparison picture. I still don't pass consistently...but I can see some change for sure :P

Me the day I got my first T shot:

Me 10 minutes ago:

The biggest difference is probably that you can tell I actually go outside once in a while nowadays xD

Edit: Did a voice comparison too! http://www.strife-designs.com/me/voice.mp3

"Massive voice difference" - I think I do agree.

First voice clip I've uploaded. I'm happy where I'm at so far but sometimes I sound different to myself than I do to others I think. My voice still isn't settled and that could be a reason why.

Have a listen if you like and tell me what you think.

Simon,

Your voice sounds solid, dude!

Thanks man, appreciate it. It'll really deep when I first wake up so I hope it drops to that point and stays there soon.

So, do I pass?

Honestly, not yet physically. If I remember correctly you just started T. Give it time. You'll get there before you know it.

Voice wise I think you could pass for a prepubescent boy already. Do yourself a favor and keep records of your voice/pics every few weeks (if you're not already doing so). It seems to happen quickly month wise but the changes are subtle if you try to compare them day by day. It's just easier to have things to compare to.

Enjoy the ride.  :)

Thank you for the input. And I actually plan to make a video every day that I get my shot. (Every two weeks)

My voice: http://chirb.it/kxxf7s

So, do I pass?

I think you pass in the bottom picture but you look quite young, and your voice, I can't hear you as anything other than a really, really, really young male. I think T will work wonders for you and I also really like your jacket.

Simon, you sound awesome!  :D

Locus, you might pass as a prepubescent boy in both the photos and the voice clip. Though, I think you look older in the top photo than the bottom one.

Yeah, in the top picture I actually used make up to make myself look older and more masculine.

You might want to try working out your shoulders- they're a bit narrow

im actually so entirely lazy it hurts, but i have been working out and my arms have gotten a lot bigger than in that picture. i am hoping that with T and working out a lot more i will get bigger in the upper body area

So, I guess it's cheating to crop out the parts that obviously DON'T pass, but what do you guys think from the shoulders up?
