@Sam- Hey, I'd say you pass but as a
very young boy. You're really flat, thin, and with little to no curves from the photos shown, your haircut is masculine, so all that makes you pass to me. But, being so small and having such a soft face makes you look so young. Perhaps you could try wearing some more adult-styled clothing that fits properly and see how that does--though the problem with that usually is that the clothes might show that you're older than a young kid and then just make you look like a butch lesbian instead of an older male. While adult males do wear t-shirts too, something more mature might help you look older. Try some things on and see how it looks.
