Body update! Been tryna make dem gainzzzzzzz
Anyways, 2+ years on T and almost 2 years post op

Dude, you look great. What is your routine? And are you naturally leaner or did you have to work to get there?

Thanks guys! Well i used to be a little chubby, but when I went on T it was wayyy easier to lean out. Lately I've been trying to gain weight (idk if you can tell from the difference between my profile pic and these). But since cutting season is starting, we'll see how well I can lean out  ::)

Ty, yeah, now that you mention it, I can see the different in the cut, particularly the top of the 6 pack. ;D
But really man, what magic you usin? I need me some of that!

Thanks LoriLorenz! I just started my summer cut (which is much easier because I joined the volleyball team at school). Honestly I just eat really healthy and have been training for a few years. I had some issues with gaining weight because I don't have a huge appetite all of the time, and to be completely transparent smoking weed has helped with that a ton. It also helps a lot with not being sore, because it's a muscle relaxant. Not promoting drugs, just sharing my experience!

8 1/2 months on T. My friends convinced me to join Instagram now that I don't hate every photo I take. I feel attractive. I feel proud. And I'm finally ready to get out there.

Haven't been on here for a long time having started my transition, but thought I'd pop by and see how everyone's doing. Lots of new faces looking good!

I remember being pre-T and posting on the Do I Pass, never imagined I'd be on the badass thread, but today I felt pretty bad ass. I've been doing body-weight exercises (no gym equipment) and cardio for the last couple of months and I've never been in such good shape, really recommend the body weight training to anyone who wants something which only takes a short amount of time a day, and doesn't want to go/can't afford a gym membership. Obviously a good diet is necessary too, but it's just a way I've finally found of putting muscle on while remaining lean.

For reference I am now 18 months on T, and about 1 year post op. Nowhere near as lean and strong as I want to be but feeling great for now!

Finally feel like T is doing it's job moving my fat and taking it off my hips, bit more to go still, but feels good to finally notice a difference. After seeing all the guys on here I expected to look like this within a couple of months, but really it's taken almost 2 years and a lot of hard work! Yet to grow a decent beard though :(

All the best guys keep up the good work!
