That would be because the man in these images wasn't AFAB; he's a gay cisgender male model with a fairly hefty following on FB and Instagram.
I won't post his name here (since I'm pretty positive he wouldn't want his name in addition to his images being up on this site), but a simple reverse Google image search result will show you. It's been reported to the moderators as it's against the TOS.
I'm not sure who the guy behind this account is (troll? struggling FTM?) but if you're scared of being judged for not having the absolute ideal male form, you don't have to be. If you're just not into posting actual pictures of yourself, it's not a requirement and that's cool too.
But posting images like these is an awfully lame thing to do considering the already precarious predicament of a lot of guys around here struggling with their bodies/'passing'/etc. It would be like jumping on the MTF boards with some pictures of Scarlett Johansson if she was lesser known ("couple years of hormones and here I am!") and getting flooded with hollow compliments. It serves no purpose.
