food after hrt

So here I am four months back into HRT..
And I'm  noticing I want food to be hotter and hotter..
Until I'm sweating hot...

My mom told me I am trying to get my metabolism going..

I personally think it's coz I rarely sweat after HRT now.

Any ideas?

Spicy, I bet. I'm that way. I always liked spicy food, now I like it even more.

Does food temperature or spiciness have an effect on metabolism?
