That is interesting! I've never injected in my thigh. I've only done glute injections. That's only because I have a feeling the thigh hurts a lot worse.
This energy boost has just started recently since my endo upped my shot schedule (my T was at 295 when I was doing it every 10 days). I was kinda worried that my levels might be really high now but my endo says they shouldn't be with just one more shot every month.
It's not so much that it hurts a lot, it's... well, for me I can just feel every little thing involved in dosing there. It's a quite odd sensation, surely. It's not quite that painful but it's definitely not as nice as say, a blood draw lol. I'd prefer to never have to do it there but I have to be able too if I can't find anyone to do it for me. But once you learn where to do it and where not to do it, it gets a lot better. I once did it so perfectly I had absolutely no aching after the fact at all (not even the benzyl alcohol migrating towards the knee). You just have to be very sure of where it's going to mitigate the pain/discomfort as much as possible. There are a LOT more nerves in the legs than there are in the backside.
But yeah, my TT levels have been all over the dang place. Can't stabilize them. This only started being an issue when we lowered it by half. When my TT was consistently in the 1,100 rang it was fine and stable and now that they've had me try and aim for the 800, it's just not happening... swings by the hundreds, either too low or too high lol.
When it's high, I feel amped up (sometimes not being able to sleep within 24 hours like normal people). When it's lower, I feel lazy (I can sleep episodically). Just one of them things.
