Yeah, it can cause dizziness, but mainly it's a blood pressure thing, as everyone has said. So it's changes in body position or temperature or other things that require fast changes in blood movement that generally trigger it, and it's not so much a thing as like suddenly while you're driving or doing something, out of nowhere you'll feel dizzy.
I've gotten light-headed a few times while I'm taking a really hot shower, and sometimes when I stand up first thing in the morning there will be a little fuzz, but it's not really too much of a big deal.
And it definitely does drop blood pressure. In only one month, on the absolute minimum dose possible, I dropped from 128/85 to 118/78.
