ftm here, been a while since i posted busy due to work over load, but i still find the time to work out off of this site, since i have started i have lost about 20 lbs and gained 5-10 in muscle, my stamina has increased and im craving much healthier foods, i drink plenty of water and have quit smoking since i started working again.
