Caleb thought I was just a Cis-gendered lesbian in a photo from my trip to DC and was genuinely kicking himself for not realizing. :D

I felt so bad for not recognizing you above all else lol.

But it's funny, my mind totally was like the little clip at this time (...dyke! "Dana, she's your friend!" ...dyke!):

Honestly, I thought you were a pre-transition FTM all this time I've seen your avatar. It was only when I looked at your post history that I realized you came here initially because you have been considering transitioning to female (didn't go far enough ahead to know if you've decided to go for it or not).

This...This is what made me happiest today!   ;D

Horizon, I thought you were a pre-T trans man too and felt sorry for you for not passing until I saw that post.

I just worked my last shift at the pub. No more cleaning, no more pretending to be nice to customers, no more cleaning up everyone else's mess, no more polishing cutlery, no more getting the dirty jobs because I'm the only one small enough to get behind the dishwasher... No more genital head of a boss! And my girlfriend came and stomached alcohol just to be able to see me like old times. (Except this time I didn't get to throw a cake at her head.)

And thanks everyone for the theory test congratulations.

Participated in my first Poetry Jam tonight. 20 poets speaking our best work. Got great response for the two I read; then got inspired and wrote and presented a new one right there. Tons of encouragement and positive attention. BASK!

A gal at my apt.s started talking to me about football (USA) and I thought "Oh no, here it comes, I'm gonna get misgendered"...  To my surprise she said she was glad that she wasn't the only girl who was up on it and thanked me for printing out the regular season schedule for her

So I think maybe I might have a game day buddy to watch the games with

Recording a nice solo with lots of feedback and reverb. Really dark guitar sound, in a good way. Sounds threatening.

Oh and lots of tremolo arm abuse too.

Edit: and another solo. Put together they sound like the gates of hell opening. Not 100% satisfied though.

I'm not very technical playing guitar, and a lot of sweep picking and power chords elude me, but I do love to play.

I'm just happy it's Friday. Yeah I work Saturdays but those are only half days

My chemistry professor told us that we should come to class for the entertainment value because he's eccentric "which is a fancy word for crazy." He then claimed to be one of the unnamed wizards from The Lord of the Rings. He also told us he had modified his laser pointer to kill us if we cheat and to watch Spirited Away before chapter 6. I think I am going to like him.

Some teachers are gifted and can make a class exciting and draw students into a really positive learning experience unlike Farris Buler's teacher.

I've been posting all the hairstyles that I've been doing on my manikin heads on facebook, a friend who I haven't seen in ages, girlfriend wanted to get one of the up-do's that I did. They went to a salon that a friend of theirs owns and he wanted to see all the pics of what I did. He offered me a chair to work on friends while I'm in school and a part-time salon reception/gofer/sweeper job that I can do around my school hours!

Both cute names, especially Sawyer Dixon--definitely has that Southern sort of sound that someone from the Carolinas needs.  :)
