Sorry, I don't get all this new math, still trying to figure out andro.  In the 70s, there was something called unisex, which is kind of what I think of when someone says andro.

I think of non-cis as grouping in all the things that are non-cis, including TG, which you are at least somewhat open about?  Forgive me if I took the wrong impressions from your posts.  Either way, luv ya girl!!!!

The andro is as you know, short for androgen. Unisex referred to what might be suitable for or designed for, either sex. As a synonym for androgen, in androgen person, it is clearly inaccurate.

The use of cis confused me for a while, but is based upon the notion of cis as same (or near side of). Coming from the Roman Latin cis-alpine, being the alps viewed from Rome.  So cis-gender refers to those whose gender is the same as their appearance.

Personally, in most cases, I find it easier to go with the flow. cis is a bit easier to say that non-transgender.

But I do hate the Term brit. I'm a Briton, not a brit.

I don't know how to explain it really. I understand and think it was dumb now that I think about it. Oh well here's to learning.

Nothing dumb about it.  I was just curious.  Nonetheless, I do think it would be best to avoid asking your girlfriends to strip with you.  However, don't let that stop you from dressing up with your friends.  If you want your friends to see you in girl mode, I think that's great and would be very fun!

I like to think of us as mutants like on x men. If your lucky you will find true friends or a liver that will be ok with you . All of you

I get the impression that those who identify themselves as androgynous are very sorted.

I didn't mean to cast derision on people who identify as androgynous.  It's the term that is fairly new to me, I'm still sorting the meaning of the term.

I don't for a sec' think anyone in their right mind would say you were. Just my silly sense of humour I'm afraid.

Your own confusio0ns are all perfectly understandable and I know almost all of us have had many.

I am glad for the feed back from everybody. I hope that one day I will know who and what I am on the inside, and be accepted for that on the outside no matter what that may be.

Well, the only way to find out is to explore and discover :)  Have you spoken with a therapist and/or attended a support group. I can tell you that having gone to support meetings made me feel much more comfortable about myself.  You'll find yourself eventually, for now just enjoy the journey.

I have not for either of the two questions. I want to and I am going to try.
