I don't blame you for ditching them. If you have to tip toe around someone, especially when they are being a jerk they aren't worth your time. So many people confuse being "jokey" with being a moronic dick.

It comes down to people thinking they can be jerks and get away with it at all times. You should always stand up for yourself no matter what the cost may be. I've always said I would rather spend my life completely alone rather than have idiots around me that treat me like crap just to have a mirage of a social component.

Lost a friend today because I'm stubborn and opinionated, apparently.

I refused to let them belittle me for my beliefs. They said I don't know how to take a joke. Taking a dig at someone for their personal beliefs isn't joking.

I all but give up on making lasting friendships. I'll just keep acquaintances, screw it.

Lasting friendships are really hard to make. I find a minority of people truly hang on to their closest friends, which kind of worries me, but I'm working on accepting that people come and go. And sometimes you have to stand your ground and end up reaching an impasse.

I ran again and improved my time again and felt ill afterwards again, which I don't mind.  Felt like I should shower but didn't because I put my T on twelve hours ago.  Technically I could wash it off after what, six hours? but I don't want to in case there's yet a smidgen I'd be missing out on.  I love my T.  I like knowing it's there.

Non sequitur: I have ripe tomatoes now and green chili peppers.  They are delicious.

I was like that with gel too lol. In that sense switching to shots was a relief because I got to shower whenever I wanted without thinking I was losing my T.

In this economy, gamers are being more careful in the video games they purchase.....especially at full price.  They are doing their research now.  I am one of those gamers lol.  Mentally I picture all the developers dropped into an arena with swords and fighting for who gets my initial $60 bucks.

I've bought 5 games in the last 12 months or so - Resident Evil 6, Tomb Raider, Halo 4, Resident Evil: Revelations, and Pokemon Black 2 lmao.

That's how my gaming is nowadays.  With the exception of buying one (maybe two) games at full price, I usually just wait to rack up on Black Friday. So I play about 5-7 games per year.  It doesn't help when Gamestop conveniently has an awesome trade-in deal with a lot of those big titles, making me choose between getting a lot of the money I paid back in store credit or keeping the game that I haven't fully explored yet, even though I may have beaten it.  Decisions decisions. 

I was so interested in Tomb Raider that I just watched the entire walkthrough like a movie.  Now that I know what happens, my desire for the game has lessened so I don't have the urge to go purchase it. Great storyline though!  I will probably do the same with two other games I have in mind.  Talk about saving money!

good luck!  I had my first appointment last week and I was really nervous. They took my blood pressure at the beginning of the appointment and the end because it was high the first time - it had dropped significantly once the appointment was over, probably because of how anxious I was about it all
