Do other countries have stereotypes that are similar to American stereotypes?

I've been wondering this for quite some time now...there are certain kinds of people here in 'Murica that are definitely Their Own Person, yet fit entirely within the Good Person category. They are called "archetypes", meaning

Quote...Archetype refers to a generic version of a personality. In this sense, "mother figure" may be considered an archetype, and may be identified in various characters with otherwise distinct (non-generic) personalities.

Archetypes are likewise supposed to have been present in folklore and literature for thousands of years, including prehistoric artwork. The use of archetypes to illuminate personality and literature was advanced by Carl Jung early in the 20th century, who suggested the existence of universal contentless forms that channel experiences and emotions, resulting in recognizable and typical patterns of behavior with certain probable outcomes. Archetypes are cited as important to both ancient mythology and modern narratives...

There's a saying here, "If you don't exercise your rights...why have them at all?" Archetypes are people who are who they are, by golly, and damned if you don't like 'em.

So I'd like to ask everyone here to look around their own country, and tell me about people who seem to be unique to your part of the world. What I'm looking for is something like this:

"American Bad Ass"...There are some Americans who, by virtue of riding Harleys and/or prison time, seem to appear to say, "Yeah, I can beat you up anytime". And even if they can, sometimes they're a sweetheart. Sometimes these kinds of men are known to cry, because their manhood isn't up for questioning.

My curiosity is...Are there Russian equivalents? Chinese? Zimbabwean? German? And not just people who are imitating American stereotypes...but genuine foreign-built archetypes?

Another example would be the "pink-flamingos-in-the-yard" people. You know, the people who have a LOT of decorations in their yard (not including rusty toilets and broken washing machines)

Well, we could include that, too. I bet I couldn't drive 50 miles in Idaho and NOT see at least one broken major appliance in someone's front yard. Could I do that in some places, like....in the Ukraine? Turkey? Do they use duct-tape  (as an alternative to Bond-Oh) there too? Is Bond-Oh considered a "final step" in car body repair?

No flaming of people, by any means. I am genuinely sincere and curious. We're all special, in our own way.

...I think for most of us it is a futile effort to try and put this genie back in the bottle once she has tasted freedom...
