"Bounce" your weight – loose 10 pounds and then gain 10 pounds, then lose 10 then gain 10...over and over again. The result could be or might be the redistribution of fat. That has helped me some and I've heard that it has helped others. However, I really don't think you need to worry. You are a "wow".
