Ive always wanted to try something like the Netherlands hair, from Hetalia. I'm actually doing it this Wednesday, I might post pics.

I have always wanted to try a static electricity generator thing, and then hit the hair with a good holding hairspray.



Something like this.  My main concern would be that the hairspray would somehow ignite.

Yes, this! I've kind of got that going on, but a lot less so. I really want to grow out the top long like that, but my hair's so heavy it gets all weighed down.

I know, my hair's the same way. >.>
I have found that when I style my hair and let it sit while it's drying, it holds that style MUCH better! So maybe it it possible still.
But when working with already dry hair and hair glue/spray/anything, I can never get anything to work. My hair would never even straighten no matter what I used. It's got a mind of its own.

But since my hair is short now, I'm considering letting it grow a little, and then trying a relaxer, just to see what that does. If it damages my hair too much, no biggie, I'll cut it off. If it doesn't work, that's fine, too. I figure I can't lose, right? I was just never willing to try one before because my hair was so bleach, dye and hypothyroid damaged, and I didn't want that to be the reason I lost all my hair. I'd rather do it on my own terms.
