Hi everyone,

I'm hoping to hear from people who've undergone  phalloplasty, to get support about the process (it's the post-op outcomes that are my most anxiety-provoking area).  I'm booked in at the Perovic Foundation in Serbia, Belgrade (I'm Australian and we have really few options here).

I've seen some pictures of different surgeons' work, and some of them worry me - especially the glans work - there's such variation in outcomes I've seen.  I have some questions and would be really, really appreciative for support from you.

Does anyone know Dr Djinovic's work? (my chosen doctor)?
Can a badly sculpted glans be modified, post op, with subsequent additional procedures?

And

Dr Djinovic lets people go up to 11 inches!  I don't want a replacement phallus that big--but I'm also anxious that 'bigger may not be better' for a badly sculpted outcome.

Does anyone know what language/tools/procedures exist to repair post-operative work that is not so good?

And

I used to be able to climax by watching my partner as I'm highly empathic.  I've lost my glans and all the nerve endings on the tip of the penis for erotic sensate, but still get sexual arousal in what's left of the stump (this is very confronting to speak openly about, please go easy on me  :)  I have a functional prostate, and that means I still can experience erotic stimulation that way--I think the nerves for it all run through the region, and I'm also hoping that with nerve reconnects through the neo phallus, that mechanical activity might still yield some sensation.

Does anyone have any thoughts on erotic sensate, and what kind of recovery I might expect?

Kind Regards
