Hi Everyone,
I just feel that I have to share this moment..........
Tonight, my wife is away for the night with a friend and my daughter is out for the night. It is my first night home alone since accepting myself as a woman a few months ago. So....of course I have taken the opportunity to dress feminine. My first time as a woman.......WOW.

I am sitting here with my laptop wearing knickers (panties in USA), tights (panty hose), bra, fake breasts, green frilled skirt, green vneck top, necklace, earings, lipstick and eye makeup. I so wish I had a wig. I feel absolutely fantastic. When I look in the mirror I think I don't look so bad either (but maybe that's wishful thinking!). What's more is that I can stay like this all night.
My son phoned me a little while ago, (he lives in Boston), and we spoke on the phone for about fifteen minutes with me all dressed up!!!

It is wonderful to be a woman.

I needed to share this moment and I'm so glad that I have all you girlfriends to share with.

Love,
Ciara

Hi Devlyn,
Thank you and yes, I had a lovely evening.
I know that my post may sound a little juvenile from somebody my age but I felt so different than before.
In the past when I dressed feminine I would look at myself in the mirror, see a man in a dress, get embarrassed and take the clothes off me immediately. I would then swear that I would never do it again.......but of course I would.

Last night was so different. It was my first time as a woman, that I dressed as a woman. I felt so comfortable, so relaxed, so feminine and SO ME!!! When I looked in the mirror I was not at all embarrassed as this time I SAW a woman and I wanted to stay dressed feminine. In the end I was so sorry to have to take them off.

It was a fabulous experience so I hope you don't think it was a little juvenile.
Thank you for listening.

Love

Honey there is nothing juvenile about it.

I'm so glad you felt good and could let the girl out for awhile. I hope she can be you in real life eventually. I realise there are difficulties, we all have them but we cope eventually.

Thank you for your sweet post and love to Ciara, I hope she can see the light of day often.

Hugs

Cindy

Cindy beat me to it, it's a special moment when we catch the girl looking back out of the mirror. Thanks for sharing the feel-good post with us! Hugs, Devlyn

This put a big smile on my face.  I can relate.  Sometimes putting on a few cute things can really make you feel better.

If your hair is on the short side, you may want to try a wig.  My hair is mid range, but the more it grows the better I feel.  I can even now style it in a few different cute ways.  I'm sure having longer hair to play with will enhance the experience for you :)

Thank you,
It was one of those moments that made me so happy that I had to share it. I just hope that everyone who has not yet seen the girl within her can have the same wonderful discovery.
Yes, I think you are right. A wig would make a big improvement to my hair. Its not very short. I never liked tight haircuts but it is still too short for a girl.
Again, thank you for your lovely comments.
