Thoughts on Oestrogel gel on hips and butt?

Do you guys think putting Oestrogel on hips and butts and legs over time cause you to naturally store more fat there than in other places?

You are already on HRT, so I can't imagine it hurting nor helping either. Squats and liposculpture are the only two things I've found to help.
