For pre-op and non-op girls, do you ever pee standing up?

Eww! No! I'm a girl. Girls sit down.
Only when I really need to.
Sure, all the time. As long as I'm stuck with this thing, I might as well use it.
I'm not pre-op/non-op but I want to see the results

If I'm in a women's bathroom, non-single, I do

But because of what I wear, I often stand, it's more convenient
Isn't that rather questionable behavior for the women's restroom?

I have not been brave enough to try the Women's restroom.  However, whenever I use the cubicle in the Men's restroom I sit.

I never sit in public restrooms unless I REALLY have to...and when I do it is on a way I don't touch anything lol It's very hard to do it!

Opening my belt, unzipping my pants and taking them down takes so much more time...and trying to sit without indeed sitting is very hard...so I usually pee standing up...

But when I am at home and I have all the time of the world, I always do it sitted! :)

good luck carrying that mentality if your gonna have GRS

Well, I hope that womens public restrooms are cleaner than mens...this is my only hope :)

At least here on my country mens restrooms are terrible. Men usually don't flush the toilet...they pee on everywhere...and unless you are at a shopping center or at some expensive place, it's very likely that the restroom will be messy and not kept clean. Nobody wants to sit on a vase that is wet with pee and with a "surprise" resting on the bottom, right? I only feel I want to puke when I see those things there.

Tha's why I have this "mentality", because here public restrooms aren't kept clean most of the times, at least at the mens side. My mother used to say that the womens are always clean, so let's hope she was right ^^

Isn't this making an assumption that she will be getting GRS?

Not all of us do, right?

The men's restrooms I've been in in the US are much the same. I'm not expecting the women's to be much better (and some people have told me they aren't), but I am looking forward to the day I'll be able to find out first hand.

My only actual experience in Womens' restrooms has been cleaning them, or doing odd plumbing repairs.  I did both sets of restrooms to the same standard, and did not get complaints on either.  Any place you go the same person or persons will be cleaning both sets of restrooms - so if one is a filthy pigsty the other will be as well.

Welcome to "public accomodations."

I think all public restrooms are pretty nasty, I clean both as well. In public, I always stand up to pee, cuz well, I think they're nasty, but won't use urinal cuz I think that's nasty too...At home or someones home I know, I always sit, but that's for diff reasons.

ps. if have grs, def gonna be carrying some sanitizing stuff or alcohol wipes to clean before I go lol

I plan to have GRS and do you know what will be my solution? The same I have today when I feel the need of "number 2" and can't avoid it: lining all the sitting place with a lot of toilet paper. That's my solution, but it requires time to set up the place...it get's quite comfy too lol

You both want to be female so you better get used to sitting to pee.
Agreed, I always sit to pee, even  carry a bottle of rubbing alcohol around in my purse to clean the seat with if I have to. That or wrap the seat in paper towels if available. SRS (GRS) is my eventual goal and after as far as sitting to pee I'm already used to doing it, and, I've been using Women's bathrooms and sitting to pee even since I was a kid.

Some women's rooms though are not fit to use. :icon_blah: When I run into one of these I just move on to the next one hoping it's better. :-)

I sit to pee 99% of the time  for over 30 years.
The only time i stand is when the toilet seat is in a very bad way, or the floor in front of the seat  is wet and not from water. And being very small I would more likely pee in my pants. Just a bad case scenario.

I have sat or squatted to pee full-time for 17 years and never consider the possibility of standing.

Still, I only rarely pee while standing. Pretty much only when I'm in a hurry. I guess I'll have to improve my time management after SRS :-) .
Semi-blind asperger transwoman. But do I care? No I don't. I love myself :-) .

I always thought a urinal was the most gross thing in a men's washroom. Even as a little kid. There was no way I would ever have used one. Especially at stadiums where there is a mile long line even to the men's washroom, just using a toilet. Serving beer at those places was a disaster in later years! Just a cruel joke!

The only time I've ever tried to pee standing is in a dire emergency out in the woods, and even then I had to squat as it for some reason is easier for me to stay clean and to empty my bladder that way, while squatting rather than it is standing. And it has to be a serious emergency for me like out in the woods or something. The way what I have down there is, I'll get pee all over me if I just stood. So, I always sit to pee especially since I've been using ladies rooms most of my life.

So my vote was when I posted earlier: Eww! No! I'm a girl. Girls sit down.
