Do you pee standing up?

For pre-op and non-op girls, do you ever pee standing up?

Eww! No! I'm a girl. Girls sit down.
Only when I really need to.
Sure, all the time. As long as I'm stuck with this thing, I might as well use it.
I'm not pre-op/non-op but I want to see the results

Sitting down 99%, especially in the women's restroom! It seems more natural anyway.

Rarely. When in public or at work.

Have sat or squatted full time for past 17 years with no exceptions other than in the shower. Am now totally paranoid of standing and don't have any desire to do so.

I do pee standing I feel more comfortable doing that even when I'm at home or I'm publc I use a private bathroom lift the seat pull it out and go even though when I'm wearing panties and have to go badly its hard getting it out sometimes to pee sometimes I almost pee my pants trying to do that

Exclusively sit to pee, haven't stood for a few years now, feels very uncomfortable if I even think of not sitting.

Standing up and peeing anywhere is something I will dearly miss. Not necessarily in the restroom but out in the woods or similar and I'm out in the woods a lot either cutting wood or camping. I'm an outdoors kinda gal. There's even a device for cis women to pee standing up so I know I'm not alone. I had a dream once where Marci Bowers was going to do my SRS and before I went under she said, "all right this is it. Anything you wanna do before you go to sleep?"  I said, "you know maybe I should tell my wife first... Oh and I need to pee one last time standing up."

Lowkey, sometimes xD but more than half the time I sit. I only stand on rare occasions & it feels really weird when I do

I agree with this. Why not take a load off your feet when you can

Some of us live close to the land and to the wetlands, rivers and oceans that surround us.  Some of us travel on foot along trails and paths.  Some of us are outdoor gals and still sophisticated enough for any occasion on the town.  DO what works for you, Thank you

My biomother was an only parent and she never taught my twin and I to stand and pee. But years later while my foster mum and I where fooling around she suggested I try it. And I did with messy results as I had no idea how to point it. I just feel that sitting is a cleaner way to go to the toilet and that is all I have ever known to do.

About 6 years ago i started sitting while peeing.  Feels weird when i have to do it standing up.
It was one of the ways that i felt i could practice my femininity, posture too.
i think it had to do with deeply disliking my maleness and wanting to break it down.
i think i can, i think i can said the little engine

Started sitting about 15 years ago. Now do almost all the time. Boy, though, if I go all the way with this I'm *really* going to miss being able to stand while we're hiking and backpacking. I guess I can get one of those little gadgets.

Medically speaking, when you have a penis you void your bladder better by standing up.  The long urethra that goes with a penis ,versus the rather short straight urethra a vagina has, just voids more effectively standing up.  Try peeing sitting down and then stand up and see if you can get a little more out, usually I can.

For this reason and this reason alone do I ever stand to pee. I find that if I pee sitting down I inevitably have to go again in about 10 minutes due to a not fully evacuated bladder. If I pee standing up this does not occur so at home I will occasionally (maybe 1 in 5 times) go standing up due to the medical condition called an extra unwanted appendage.

I sit
I think I posted a while back on this thread that I sit..
Just today I realized I am so used to it I never give standing a thought.. ever.
Its just me.... we are all different.. Also, standing up and doing it your gonna splash even if you can't tell .. so its more messy.

Up and until the last day before surgery I peed standing up. I found it easier and more clean to pee this way. But since my surgery, sitting down is fine as well. Already used to it.

Ever since a child I would sit. However there are times if absolutely needed I will stand, but not often

this will sound weird but
I want to learn to pee standing up when I'm postop and all the swelling is down.
it would be a handy trick outdoors or for really nasty toilets.

ImagineKate is correct: there are several commercial companies that sell such outdoor camping tools.  Obviously they are in business because there are women, cis and trans, that stand to urinate under some circumstances.  Diversity applies to all sorts of human functions.

I never liked standing, tried it when I was young, but way too involved for me....  I do however, stand/squat against a wall (car, tree, etc.) and pull my panties down to pee in an emergency with no bathrooms, not sure that counts as peeing standing up though.
