Good day Ladies and gentlemen,

I am Derrick J 49 yr old FTM. Recently I purchased a penile prosthetic from The Ultimate Prosthetic. At first every thing went well. We were polite and I continued to follow up on the purchase. I paid 85.92 with my debit card (I am not able to get a refund) Then the owner Richie Newman (the charge went to a Cody Whitfield) told me to use Bill me later so I set up an account I was charged 339.95. This began April 10th and 11th 2013. I never received any products. When I emailed that I wanted a refund I was told I was dense and would never get my money back. Just thought you other guys out there should know.  :embarrassed Paypal will NOT do anything as it has been to long Bill me later will not do anything they both say I should keep emailing the seller. My bank cant refund the money too much time has passed. Regards Derrick

All the more reason to be an informed buyer.  We have a 20+ page topic about this company.   I just bumped it back to the top of the page.

Be sure to report it to USPS...they take fraud claims very seriously. They won't help you get your money back, but if it is in fact "fraud" the company will have a lot of problems when the Feds step in.

I have the same problem. But how can I contact the seller? My emails are being ignored and I have no further contact information. Plus, the site says the account has been suspended.
