SRS in two weeks - how to prepare

I'm off to Thailand in a week from today for surgery on the 29th! I'm absolutely beside myself with excitement. 
Has anyone got any suggestions of things I should pack, buy, prepare etc? Plus I've got a week in Bangkok beforehand so any suggestions for things to see and do?

ipad or something like it for the flight along with extra batteries to charge it. lots of movies on flash drive, when your there do the elephant ride and tiger temple tour before your srs. you will like it

A supply of feminine pads.
A tube or two of the Walmart brand KY-type lube. (Some for you and some for the stent. You want everything lubed for dilation.)
Something to read.

And don't go running around sightseeing after surgery; recovery takes a couple of months.

Congratulations, Holly!  So who did you finally choose for your surgery?

In addition to entertainment, a set of loose fitting clothing and cheap panties you don't mind seeing the possibility of throwing away from blood stains. My surgeon recommends a gown with front buttons or snaps (of course finding one that doesn't look like a bathroom robe or hospital gown is another matter).

I would recommend if possible a checked in bag which contains clothing, supplies, ect and a small carry on bag that has valuables which doesn't weigh more than 10 lbs total including the bag.

I've got a few days in Bangkok before the big day so I'm going to try and cram in some sightseeing while I'm still mobile..  Afterwards I'll take it as it comes, see what I'm up for at the time.  Certainly not expecting to be doing anything remotely strenuous. 

I decided to see Dr Saran, after weighing up the options and speaking to some girls who had been to different surgeons I'm pretty confident that he's the best one for me
