I don't know how much help this will be, if any, but I just had the full meta procedure done a little less than two months ago. I had the release, urethral lengthening, fat transfer to create a scrotum (no implants, currently) and a hysterectomy. I did not have a v-gectomy (hate that word!). I think whether or not you go with the release or full thing, you need to be prepared and realistic about your surgery. If you are not sure, and it is possible (financially, time-wise and medically) that additional procedures can be done later on, I'd seriously consider going with the lesser surgery to test it out. I personally kind of wish I have done the lesser route first. That may not be saying a lot only two months out, but its better to get what you are SURE you want done, rather than what you think you might be satisfied with.
