I agree if you were accepted to UIC for vet school, you have every reason to move to Chicago.
Plus the city is good one to transition in (I only left because of family).  There is a ton of gender variants and TS in the city, and most people would not even notice.

Great! thanks Amy. I knew there would have to be something there. Nothing is on the net about transitioning  and gender in Chic. If you know of hair transplants and electro in the city that would help too. Or anything for that matter. 
   I am totally hartbroken about leaving but I know when I`m done with school I can come back and live beach front insted of accrpss the street.
