effect of HRT on my hips and tattoos

I have been on hrt for 2 and half years now, my body has responded well to hormones and I have developed a female figure..

I have been thinking about getting a tattoo done on my lower back for a long time now, I finally decided to get it done. I have a nice feminine design picked out.

It gonna have a butterfly in the middle, with some wavy lines come from the sides, something like this

My worry, what happening if my waist widens because of hrt and the tat stretches.. or is this not a risk
