No, I have not been smoking weed.  I saw this and it tickled my fancy.

The only thing worse then cyber goth is steam punk. Oh gawd.

Aww, now that's not very nice ;P

They're both pretty odd as a style, but I personally think that each one has a nice, classy element to it. Everyone has their own opinions, though.

I know it's not nice I just don't get it. I will admit some of the steampunks fashions I have seen are very tastefully done and pretty amazing so I guess it is not all bad. I take it back lol

I saw some steam punk stuff at a boutique in Seattle, I thought it was way cool. SP and CG I'd probably wear, if it wasn't outrageously expensive *and* I was post-op with a great looking bod...

I don't want to wear old people clothes just 'cause I'm near 50! LOL!!

:)
...I think for most of us it is a futile effort to try and put this genie back in the bottle once she has tasted freedom...

Awww.  Everybody here are a bunch of poopheads.

I like it!  I can't wear it.  But it's pretty.

I don't think so.  I've always been a pretty plain dresser.
Nameless here for evermore!;  Merely this, and nothing more;

A very small amt of people could pull that off.  Def not me.

I love it. I love everything alternative :-)
If everybody looked the same, we'd get tired of looking at each other. :-)

In my "old" life I dressed mostly in black pants and a white top.  Very dull.

Goth, yes.  I've seen a few pieces of Cybergoth that I liked at Gothic Renaissance in NYC, but most are too bright and tight for me to feel comfortable.
-Yeah, I actually am this awesome. ;) /tongue firmly in cheek

I could see myself giving that look a go.... about 10 years ago. I'm too old for that now.

Do a search for cyberdog- I looooove their gear.   I always loved the neon fluffy leg warmers.
Body... meet brain.  Now follow her lead and there will be no more trouble, you dig?

I used to be a goth kid, pre-transition. I still love gothic stuff and have a goth kid stuck inside me *though i don't look it lol*.

i was a crappy goth kid as i could never pull off the pale look without looking stupid, at my old social website thing i had that was for goths, there were a lot of cyber punks.

i can't see me dressing like that now , *to me* it's more of a teen thing (i'm 20+ years old, a lady never reveals her age ;))...and i doubt i can pull it off lol.
All I can say is that my life is pretty plain, I like watchin' the puddles gather rain.

Despite all my rage, I'm still just a rat in a cage

You don't need to be pale to be goth, at least not around here. It's really more of a fashion choice and lifestyle than anything else. That's why I don't participate anymore. I like the fashion. I like the music. I don't like the "more goth than thou" mentality. But there were several men and women over 50 in the circles I used to frequent.
