Livingin Grey-If you are using an open fire, do you wrap potatoes in foil and do them in the coals as the fire is dying down?  Bit of butter, salt and pepper, Yum!

Tracey- Do US supermarkets sell tinned sliced beetroot?  The genuine Aussie hamburger has to have a fried egg in it too.

I'd hate to be able to live to be 100, but say "I really didn't like all that granola and tofu crap that I ate during my entire life." Live a little, people.

I have been to Beale Street in Memphis, but never to Dyers.  I may be back there later this year.  So it is on my list of things to do!

Plus, I've known people that seemed to be as healthy as can be and were still outlived by other people I know that drink and smoke constantly.
