12/13 years old, first and so far only time at Niagara fall, was amazing!



17 years old, School beach trip a couple weeks before graduation

I think it might. I had no desire to take care of myself back in the guy days. Working out? Why bother? You're only going to get ripped.

I wasn't a chunk, but I certainly took poor care of myself. Hard to maintain good habits when you can't look at yourself.

I was extremely overweight for most of my childhood. I've heard though, that being overweight can reduce your testosterone levels and raise your estrogen levels. I wonder if allowing yourself to become overweight might not be some sort of unintentional form of self medication. I know that throughout my childhood I seemed to have a subconscious aversion to sports, exercise, or pretty much any activity known to raise testosterone levels. There might be something to that.
