corpora cavernosa removal or reduction

well I guess I could call Dr Brassard about this , anyway , I had my srs with Doc Pierre back in 2002  or 2001 (time fly's) anyway I am not sure if he reduced ,removed, or left as is the corpora cavernosa tissue , I hear from a friend that these days they really reduce or remove this , but for the past month or maybe from the very start when aroused this tissue gets very stiff , the length seems to run about an 1 1/2 long , but also about 5/8 of an inch in width , could this be the corpora cavernosa , or is that just the nerve to the clitoris  ? my problem is any kind of movement seems to arouse my clitoris and this will be very embarrassing for me because I have a gynecologist appointment in 4 weeks , anyway if this is the corpora cavernosa can this be remedied with surgery ? I have searched everywhere and am finding nothing , plus I am wondering if and when I start back on hormones will this shrink this tissue down so it's not so bothersome

Yes this is a common revision surgery for patients who didn't have enough removed during their initial surgery or where it is causing issues of sexual response or dilation.

Surgical management depends on where it is and how much tissue needs to be reduced. It might be corpora spongiosum which is a different kind of tissue necessary for urethra blood supply normally. Hormones are not likely to change it. The unwanted arousal may be tension on the clitoris and neurovascular bundle (causing exaggerated sexual response to normal stimuli).

The gyno appointment should let you know what options there are.

I had extra surgery to reduce it. It was sticking out between my labia when I was aroused and was very tender.
The not so nice thing is that by doing a reduction they will need to shorten you urethra and you will get a new opening on it that needs to heal. But it gets better after.

you must have had a different procedure , my corpora thingie is no where near the urethra , so that wont have to have anything done to it , I need to call , or drive up to see Doc Brassard

That thing is very annoying, gets all tense and swollen up during arousal, interferes with dilation and sex.

Very glad i got the revision, wish they could all have done it in one ago.
