Also, you might be able to ask about wait times there, as it seems to be a common problem here of late (see this guy's review:
http://ourdollcommunity.com/forum/index.php?topic=4977.0 where he talks about wait time and folks fill him in on the fact that this may be due in part to rising demand and lots of illnesses w/i the staff and their families, not to mention how the roof of the workshop collapsed and stuff got ruined, etc. This one other link gives some info re the recent illnesses; the roof collapse was earlier this year:

Not that there is any excuse for you to wait THIS long without a reply/any kind of contact. But I do know that they are usually reputable, which makes me think that something is wrong here.
