Confuddled

So after the fun and joy of my first electrolysis session I had a bit of a shout from the dysphoria which even tea and cake couldn't quite quell so I had to go for a bit of retail therapy.  On the way back from town (Chepstow is a small place so I walked) I got my first definite pass (a young man has never, ever said hello in quite such a friendly way before). Obviously this was exactly the antidote I needed after this morning but. ..

But I am not sure exactly what which is why there is some confuddlement. I passed so I am sure I SHOULD be overjoyed (I think that is the way the narrative is meant to go) but what?

Are you used to male attention?   Even tho im attracted to both genders, ill openly admit getting cat calls and attention from men really weirded me out at first,  It put a smile onmy face cause I was passing,  but the insides was going, eeewwww thats a boy hehehe.        >_>  So maybe thats whats going on inside you?     I know for me the attention took some getting used to.

Yeah, that's pretty much where I had got to.  I am not used to male attention in the slightest so with this being the first occurrence  I figure that it was the equivalent of a culture shock.

Hopefully it's something I'll be getting a chance to get used to .

I think for anyone there is an adjustment period. It's like you you're so so used to everyone perceiving you as one thing and then all of the sudden they all perceive you as something else. It does take some getting used to. TBH, I'm actually starting to feel quite vulnerable. I do lovelovelove the male attention though. It's just a bit of shock I guess at being handed keys to the women's room when I ask for the key to the bathroom or people calling me babe or baby or stuff and just generally assuming I'm a chick. But congrats Rosie!

And yes I agree. I am feeling quite vulnerable as well. At first it felt weird being cat called because I half liked it and half felt anxiety from it. Now I am just very cautious. But interestingly enough the attention from gentlemen has recently spawned new meaning into my romantic prowess. Men have an innate way of making you feel absolutely feminine, and I love it.
