Ok, last week on Monday my mother and I got into an argument. She was yelling about how I should be grateful since she didn't kick me out when I came out. I called her a B***h and walked away. I heard her stomping after me, and I turned around to see her hand flying at my face, so I blocked it and pushed her back. Now I'm in trouble for "assaulting" my mother, and my entire family is giving me the cold shoulder... And since I'm 6'2" everybody thinks I just beat up women... I'm so done with this S**t...

First things first - don't call your mother a "bitch."

Second, they can't kick you out, not legally.

You should have a sit down with your family and explain you were avoiding conflict, but conflict came after you.  And you should be willing to discuss your ->-bleeped-<-.

I know I shouldnt have called her that, it was a stupid in the moment decision, and they can call the police still... And unfortunately, my Mother makes it out that I attacked Her and her word kind of supercedes mine around here...

Have you got a friend or family member you could stay with? If so, move out.

Unfortunately the only person I could go with is my moms mother, but she said if i moved in with her i couldn't transition... And now, on top of everything, they won't pay for my gender therapy... I have no money... I don't know what to do anymore, at my age my parents should be supporting me, and my real dad left, my stepdad told me he only supported me because he thought is was just a phase, and my mother says she"s scared of me and is making me stay in the basement and  i'm not allowed to even talk to her...

That does suck. But keep in mind parents will manipulate you like that for many reasons. But it does make since to do that if she is trying. To prove to you that she feels your a guy and wants you to see at this time everyone else will see you as such even the law. A dirty trick but effective

Very... and my dad yelled at me about it saying "It's not like she could actually beat you up or anything so you shouldn't even have blocked her." Really? Pretty sure the fact that she couldn't beat me up wouldn't make getting hit hurt less lol

Yeah it's that way guys are raised to be I think? He probably feels that your the guy and should just take it or whatever since he does not know you yet. Well the real you that is. It seems to be part of a very awkward time?

I know how you feel. I have taken more then enough blows from my parents in the past. I ended up in group homes till i was adopted by an amazing family. No one should have to go thru that and i really hope that things get better for you soon, and even more so that you don't have to go thru it to the extent that i did. But just as an FYI, if there is ever a next time, a black eye and a split lip looks better to the cops then a red forearm ever will because they can say that yall were mutually combatant and end up locking both of you up and if no one picks you up in 24 hours after the arrest, you either go to juvie or an emergency home. If your the only one with a mark on you, they take you to get checked out at the hospital then take you home or to the local DFS office.

I don't know how to, otherwise I would... I'm full-time right but pre-hormones right now (Kinda hard to pass lol) and i'm any employers always find other reasons not to accept me

Figure your life out and find somewhere else to live......your parents don't owe you a place to live, especially if you talk to them like that.  If you live in their home, you should respect them and follow their rules

Although I don't totally agree with everything she said she is right. When you stay with your parents and don't pay at least 33% of the house bills you do have to kinda obey

Yeah I know  , normally I am well behaved, this just kind of spiraled out of control... With mistakes on both sides...

33%....wow that's nothing.....my family made me pay 50% of utilities, 50% food, my own gas, my own insurance, etc.

Wow your parents made you pay that much money? That's alot of money. But I guess maybe it was to make you more responsible and bring you closer together? At least that's what I herd from other adults as to why they do that. And about the post of being out of control I totally know what you mean. I have not always been well behaved. I often have been known to have a temper tantrum when being told to eat or when get all
Moody so I can understand screaming at your parents. It's just not very becoming of us young ladies
