Everybody experiences changes at their own rate on T. I've been on T for over a year and still don't pass consistently, and as of last month I still had a monthly nightmare-cycle (fingers crossed that it won't be back this month). Just because the changes are happening slowly doesn't mean they aren't going to happen.

I did find that switching from T cream to injectable T has expediated the process a lot. I dunno what kind you're on, but if you're still not getting much in the way of chages in a few months, you could always talk to your doctor about other forms of T/dose adjustments/etc. But really, patience is the biggest key-- puberty doesn't happen at the same rate for cis guys, so we can't expect our second puberties to happen at the exact same rates either.

In the meanwhile, have you considered menstrual cups inseat of pads/tampons? I use one, and it makes me a lot less dysphoric because I don't have to change it as often, and I don't feel it constantly. Obviously, everyone's dysphoria-triggers are different... but it might be something worth looking into?
