Hi,
I forgot to introduce myself lol. My name is Kye and like many people on this site I've come here because I've realize that I'm transgender.I was born female but now identify as male. Growing up I did many female-oriented things like wearing make-up,dresses,high heels, jewelery, etc. So you can imagine it came to me as a surprise when I realized I was transgender. However, I have accepted this as a fact. Before I came out as transgendered I identified as a lesbian but I guess now I'm straight? A few more facts about me I'm 21 raised by a single mother, have an older brother, am the youngest in my family. Have always identified/idolized with more "masculine" roles. Has always liked looking like a guy despite my rather feminime history. Thnx for reading.

It does not take courage or bravery to change your gender.  It takes fear of living one more day in the wrong one.~me

Hey Kye and a warm welcome!

Lucky you: your age is very good for starting your transition if you realize that this is best for you.

If you're a transman and love women your heterosexual obviously. Isn't that great how you can change from homo- to heterosexual just by releasing your true self?

That said... welcome and make yourself at home.

A warm welcome to you, Kye!

I would not worry too much about labels, or conflate gender identity with sexual orientation.
