Hormones before going full-time

Every time I want to update and say something good is happening, something random happens, ha!

I was asked to wait a week or so before contacting my GP and kind of 'confirm/go over' things with her. I thought things might be a bit slow, so I waited 2 weeks instead, and she hasn't received a letter from the Abacus lady yet, and told me to wait "about a month" before checking again. I know it shouldn't be a big deal, but +everything+ so far has been stalled like that and it's added up to a lot of wasted time.
