Could someone please instruct me on where I can find out how much time I have left? It seems to me that most people don't know when they are going to die. They get up, get dressed and think it's going to be just another day.

There is only right now. Everything up until this moment is unchangeable. There is no guarantee there will be a tomorrow. Make yourself happy today, right this minute. Put together a bunch of happy minutes and before you know it, you have a happy day. String together a bunch of happy days, and you have a happy life. Waiting on anything will not insure happiness. Living unhappy today in hopes of being happy tomorrow is not living and if you end up being one of those people who thought it was going to be just another day, but it turns out to be your last, never get the happiness they thought they were trading for.

Love always,
Elizabeth

To quote one of my favorite stand up comics:

I know when I will die because my birth certificate has an expiration date.

"Like grains of sand in an hour glass..." ;)

That ticking is what forced my transition.

Yes, I have at least 1-2 years left... enough to finish this.

After that, I just don't know. I can't see beyond that, which either means it all ends at that point... or that the new life is just incomprehensible from here...

Quote from: Kate
She had come home to herself at last. The circle was completed, and she was whole, reborn, and yet... right back where she had started those many years ago before she had lost her way.

With a sigh and smile, she wipes away her tears with her palms... just as her friends show up and grab her hands, pulling her up, laughing, "Come ON, silly! There's so much we have yet to see...!"

We shall see ;)
