Has anybody noticed an improvement in flexibility after going on hormones?  I've been told that estrogen increases your flexibility.  Has anyone found that to be true?

Yes - and was thinking about that a couple days ago.  I really haven't lost much muscle mass or even strength but they feel "different" from the inside: not as "tight" and a little more "stretchy".    The result has been a number of things including increased flexibility.  One of which has been is that my dancing is "smoother" where movements seem to flow from one to the next rather than the stop-go-stop I had before.  (My wife and I ballroom dance quite a bit.)
To move forward is to leave behind that which has become dear. It is a call into the wild, into becoming someone currently unknown to us. For most, it is a call too frightening and too challenging to heed. For some, it is a call to be more than we were capable of being, both now and in the future.
