think i found an endo!

so ive been searching like a dog for an endo that works with trans patients in my area that takes my insurance
and i just found one! but he's about an hour and forty five minutes away from me..
i wanted to give the office  a call but i dont know what to ask..
i know i wanna ask if he requires a letter to start prescribing hrt..
and i think i rad somewhere to ask if he can write my hrt is being done for a hormone imbalance so
my insurance will take it or something like that : d
id have to come out to a family member so they could drive me there..-_-

You seem to know what to ask  While you are debating coming out to a family member ('Coming out of the closet'), you could still look into trying to find a closer location.
