Welcome to Susan's, Ms. Fashion Bell!

I'm 32, early in my transition and I seem to pass just fine. I wouldn't worry so much on passing, it's easier than you think. Just go out to a public place and look at the faces of some of the cis women there. Many will have at least some "masculine" features and I would assume they pass.

I also recommend seeing a gender therapist. They can help you sort through your fears and help to give you realistic expectations. It also helps to talk with us here but this site is not a replacement for a qualified therapist.
Your options are whatever you think you need and can afford. Some women opt for FFS, BA, trachea shave, SRS, etc. Some opt for only some or none, it really just depends on what
you think you need to help you be happy.
