Hi! I'm Tia!

Hello, everyone!  I tried posting an introduction before, but it seems not to have stuck, and I got a PM reminding me that I hadn't done so yet, so... giving it another try. 

I'm Tia.  I'm a transgender woman, a caregiver for disabled adults, a very amateur writer, a fan of science fiction, and rather a lot of other things.  I'm looking forward to spending time on the boards and getting to know the people here.

So... thanks for having me, I guess!

It is.    Also, exhausting... I'm mostly working 16-hour shifts at the moment.

Tired.  But getting better.    I've been in the process of social transition for a couple of years now, and am starting to work on medical transition quite soon.  So I'm looking forward to an eventful but helpful few months.
