What do you usually hide, but it keeps on showing?

in my case it's my sense of humor, i prefer when it takes a while for people to catch on, they savor it more. too often i'm clumsy and subtle as a mack truck. 😉

For me, it's my old male sense of, "Got a problem?  Let me fix it."

I have become more empathetic and try not to jump in, but my husband often tells me, "You don't have to fix the problem."

Insecurity. Especially when singing in front of an audience. I just saw a video of myself and thought "geez, I hit every note, but I should try and look like I'm enjoying it".

When I first read this geeze was my mind in the gutter.......... For me, I know a little bit about alot of stuff and sometimes I spout off with some info that no normal GG would ever know or care to know, gets me some goofy looks but I just tell people well thats what my BF says then its cool.

I actually have a few things and a few will make me seem pretty bad or at least full of myself but that is not the case.

My real intelligence. I found that I was scaring some off because of being a "brain" so now I just kind of down play that until I get to know someone. I do not do the "stupid blonde" thing but at the same time I find myself biting my tongue at times and letting others rabbit on about something.

Training. My friends know that I was in MA but they do not know the extent of my abilities although every so often something pops through in my physical reactions.

Emotional state. After being accused of being manipulative I no longer share how I really feel or am doing with others. I just state that everything is going well and leave it at that.

My emotions.  I am a very sensitive person so I try to keep a poker face on to not show it but it seems like a lot of people can see right through me and I'm not sure how to change that.
