Yes now this has me thinking that maybe I should get checked before I do anything.  The thing that worries me though about this is that I may be a hermaphrodite.  Did I spell that right?
Could be - even without visible clues to you now.
There are several types of IS (intersexuality) and not all of them really play out as changes in genital expression (like a micropenis or such). And even if they do, there exist still some doctors who will "correct" this and assign a gender at birth surgically - with or without knowledge of the parents. But I think these cases are more rare nowadays, especially the parents normally should know. But if you would have for example male genitals but also rudimentary ovaries - that would not be visible but still it is a difference.
I believe also that not all forms of IS are genetic. Wasn't it so that you could be a "XY" genetically and still be intersexed because of some other effect like androgen insensitivity, hormonal influence during pregnancy etc. The latter can cause genital and other physical changes in the fetus and according to some theories also to the brain depending on the time this happened, so that being transsexual has been linked to that as well.

I guess....I just wanted to know what you all thought of the female me :s I guess apart of me also feels I'm betraying the trans world by doing this or somehow refuting trans identities :S

I wondered what had ever become of you, one of our most darling protegee's ever! Your Auntie Shan would feel a bit disappointed but that's what families do when one of the kids comes out as trans or gay, so we won't allow those feelings in and I am instead just happy for you, so just be yourself and be happy sweetie!

Yes unfortunately I was born male.  I have male genitals.  I suspect though that I may have some genetic anomalies.  I've read that if you have extra chromosomes or something of that nature your body won't respond to testosterone normally.  I have never been checked for such a thing but it wouldn't surprise me.

Christine,
I believe that you must have some form of IS (androgen insensitivity) going on.  Either that, or you're absolutely the most feminine looking male since Andrej Pejic.

Seriously, I'm with others on this board who have expressed the opinion that you will NEVER get clocked in the ladies' room.
If you wear skinny jeans and boots (like you stated in your earlier posts) and otherwise appear female with your gestures and mannerisms, no one will be the wiser.

All the best,
Carol

Hi y'all, I'm sorta new here, and I was wondering how do you post pics on here, so I can get y'alls honest opinions

Hello BlondeGamer.  This is from the image policy on the "Announcements" page:

Pictures should be posted in the smallest width and height possible to clearly convey their purpose.

You can specify the width and height by using the following image code.

Adjust the 48 to whatever numbers work for the image in question.

Hope that helps.   :)

Heyyy everyone...ima returning user...Stefani...everyone probz forgot me....welll...this was my final result...:

...not long before detransitioning. I had (or HAVE) an extremely high and female voice as well. It was....welll this is not just an opinion....it was 100% cis. Not just cisgirl, it was high pitched, SUPA femme cisgirl voice..

I dunno even know why I am posting here....I guess I just want it to be known...I COULD have done it. I am living as a gay boy now, and I am trying to be 100% honest about where I am at and...I AM happy. And that's not denial...I really AM happy (though, it's funny, I still pass as a girl half the time without trying/or even wanting to despite being 5'11/6ft, after stopping HRT almost 100% flat chested, and short haired). I guess....I just wanted to know what you all thought of the female me :s I guess apart of me also feels I'm betraying the trans world by doing this or somehow refuting trans identities :S

Wow you looked amazing!

Don't feel like you betrayed anything. The important thing is you are happy, that's part of the whole process of finding and being honest with yourself.
"For transpeople, using the right pronoun is NOT simply a 'political correctness' issue. It's core to the entire struggle transpeople go through. Using the wrong pronoun means 'I don't recognize you as who you are.' It means 'I think you're confused, delusional, or mentally I'll.'. It means 'you're not important enough for me to acknowledge your struggle.'"

I knew there had to be a post like this somewhere!!

A little nervous, my chin/jaw is my biggest worry. But who knows what HRT will do to my face, a lot I hope! Lol,  I want a more feminine face then I want boobs or hips XD

Scruffy DX

I think you'll make a very beautiful woman, chin and jaw are usually the biggest worries aren't they lol. There's chin implants you can get that will help that out, and honestly I absolutely love your gap, it's unique, very Madonna. You're eyes also just scream Milla Jovovich to me idk why

Princess, you have a nice body and a pretty face, you will do well once you get rid of the wig and get serious about transition. I think you are a real potential winner!

Patience,
I agree with Shantel.  Are you wearing a corset, or is that your natural shape?  If it's your natural shape, then you're VERY lucky.  In ANY case, HRT ought to work very well for you.  Wait until you're on it 6 months before you judge any results, though (longer - 2 years - for boobs).
