Hiya! What about me!? The first picture is me with a tad of makeup from my tg friend in the background and the second one was 2 days ago how I look normaly. There's a lot of work I need to do on my body but I know a good diet and the right excersize combined with when I start hormones after a while should shape things out lol. I'm in the navy now waiting to get out in a year and a half.                    https://db.tt/3sXT4Qaa.                 https://db.tt/4TsiP9EU

You should do well as long as you don't have a ship tattooed on your chest hon! You aren't going to try and transition while you are still in the service are you? Best to get a clean DD-214 (honorable) VA benefits are great!

Thanks! And no I don't plan on starting till I'm out of the military here in the next year or so, but what all does the va cover for m2f transitions?

How I went out last time in "boymode" with a friend:

I had a lot of akward boy-fail moments :D
It was this friend's idea to go like this to a goth/industrial party(and mostly her clothes :P). Somehow I wonder if she suspects i m different  ???

Without doubt, you look very feminine on this picture.  I am sure that you are taking estrogen, and it works pretty well.

Cassie 4 Ever!!!

After 12 weeks, and 2 days of HRT, I would like to know what people think, and/or hear any advice anyone might have.

The first three are from yesterday, and the last one is from a month ago.

This is me dressing up before any hormones. I look HUGE!

ANd this is what I used to look like as a guy in everyday life until recently.

This is my most recent boy mode picture that I have.

Do you think I could pass in public now, or should I still wait a little bit longer?

Thank you, <3

Quite a quantum leap for you Kasihnya! Based on looks alone you probably could pass well enough but I wouldn't rush it, there are the other things like body language, voice and a myriad of other nuances to consider. Probably best to talk to your girlfriend in the photos with you and get her take on how well you will pass. Assuming she is cis, she will give you the best critique concerning overall passibility!

I will thanks. Most of my friends say when they talk to me on the phone, they never think they are talking to a guy, and when I call strangers, or oder in the drive through, I get mam'd all the time. I am not going to rush it, and a lot of my friends say that I could pass now, and some say I almost could pass with the wig on.   And you are correct, my girlfriend is CIS. I personally feel that I need to wait maybe one more month and change more, but I think I will wait for my hair to grow out more.

Chris,

The VA will cover counseling, lab tests and medications. Most VA hospitals are now offering this on an outpatient basis.

Make sure you get an honorable discharge or your eligibility may be in question.

Good Luck and thank you for your service!

you look pretty with makeup, and smiling... it's always interesting to see how much more feminine girls look when they just smile.
but i think the makeup is too dark under your eyes, or you need some concealer to hide dark rings... unless you're a goth type, but you don't really look like that to me.

After 12 weeks, and 2 days of HRT, I would like to know what people think, and/or hear any advice anyone might have.

A couple of things:

- You have a great smile.  Smiling, like you are already, that nice wide smile, goes a long way towards a more feminine appearance.  Smiling automatically reshapes your chin, raises your cheeks, and brightens your eyes.  Keep that up, even when you're not feeling it on the inside.

- Nice job with the wig.  It's hard to find one that looks not-wiggy and you've done an excellent job.  It's a modern style, not too over the top (you're not screaming "I'm a girl!"), and not too understated (you're not trying to be bland so people don't notice you).

I'd say that from your photos, you look rather pretty.  Clothingwise, you look best in the photo with the jeans and white shirt - until the body size/shape is more feminine, I personally find that the overly-feminine clothing (dresses etc.) doesn't quite work.  Sometimes the key is to dress down rather than up.  I look terrible in a dress, but not that bad when wearing a cute top and a pair of jeans.  Remember that fancy female clothing is designed to emphasize and show off those parts of a female body that we don't have - hips and boobs, thin waist and narrow shoulders - and trying to fit a guy's body into a girl's party dress looks like a guy in a dress more often than not.  Out of the three dress photos, you look best in the first, where the shoulders are covered and the clothing is less formal.  You're also perhaps in the better pose in that photo too, with the legs crossed so that your hips look wider, photo angle looking down on you rather than up so that you appear shorter etc.

All of that said, you're very cute in all of the photos.  HRT will do wonders for you.  I can't wait to see a picture of you a year from now!

Stacey, smile!  You have nice big eyes and beautiful hair - lots to smile about. I'm a firm believer that looking happy in a photo (and in daily life too) is one of the simplest ways we have of appearing more feminine, so take every opportunity you have to show it.  I'd love to see a picture of you with a big, happy smile!   :)

(Edit - Er, yeah, just posted and seen my advice opposite my unhappy-looking avatar.  I should take some of my own medicine I guess.)

Stacy, you look really nice and are obviously older just as I am. You do have a nice shaped face and I can almost see the softness of your skin. Let me encourage you to do as I have recently and look into trying Botox treatments to remove the wrinkles, each treatment lasts three months, then there are collagen fillers that seems to lessen scarring dramatically and is good for up to three years, this is the less expensive fix for those of us who don't yet need a face lift.
