Devlyn Marie - that's a lovely dress you're wearing btw! I love the colour, so rich! Hugs to you too :-)
Speaking of dogs...and the usual - "I like cats" OR "I like cats" thing, I actually like both dogs and cats... but in different ways. Its bizarrely like my attraction to guys or girls I am attracted to both for different reasons. Not saying I'm attracted to dogs or cats of course, haha! But I feel at home with either but for very different reasons.
Cats are a more....luxurious pet - softer fur, sleeker to look at, arguably prettier and somewhat more refined. Dogs are more of a practical pet - more supportive, more rugged and potentially low maintenance. That's how I see it anyway. Although you can have stray cats and pampered pooches of course! Having a cat is more like dating a high-maintenance woman, and having a dog is more like dating a rugged man. Btw, this is not a serious observation
Actually, with how cats are - having a cat is like being in an abusive relationship, they take take take and only give when they want to. But we love 'em anyway. Because we are weak

ZootAllures! - I like the name btw, even the swear words in French sound like fancy restaurants!
Yes, yes, yes! I have wanted to call a cat Moog for years!! Moog sounds very cat-like, its perfect. It was the first keyboard I heard about before the Mellotron. I also want to someday have a big fluffy sooty-coloured cat that is uneconomical to run (eats to much), kills to much wildlife and therefore is constantly in trouble with Greenpeace. And for that, I want to call the cat - "Drax" after the UK's largest, smokiest, coal-fired power station.
I like industrial stuff generally. If I could live in anytime - I'd be a Victorian industrialist and society Lady, with soot in my nicely styled hair, and crumpled blueprints sticking out of the pockets of my sumptuously trimmed bustle dress. A female Isambard Kingdom Brunel

Yep, I like Gabriel-era Genesis and Collins-era, although I prefer the whimsy of the earlier years, what about you? Ever heard their song "Counting out Time"? It's hilarious and pretty rude. I always thought early Genesis just sang about epic mythical battles and other geeky stuff, lol. Nope, I don't have Lastfm, but I really should! Spotify too!

SaveMeJeebus - Glad you liked Nightrider! Oh, the Mellotron was a music keyboard from the 1960's (it played sampled sounds from a series of tape drives, with the keys linked to each drive). Lots of prog-rock bands used the Mellotron. So if I had wanted to feature cat sounds in a song if I was a keyboardist back then, then I'd use the mellotron to do so. And make the cat miaows sound really awesome. I'd call my art-rock band "Eclectic Cat Orchestra", and we'd have hits in every country. And then sue each other for royalties years later
