The whole point in having breasts is for them to bounce, hang, and feel their weight. At what month (e.g. 1.5months) after starting hrt could you feel them bounce when you walk? Hang when you bend over? When did you NEED a bra? I'm doing hrt for a year before i start rlt, i wondering how to handle jogging/working outside with bouncy chest and in guy mode.

I think mine were bouncing and such after about four months?  I don't know when they would have needed a bra, since I was wearing one before HRT (I was out full-time several months before I could afford doctor appointments and 'mones)...  Anyway, these kinds of things differ so much from person to person.  Some grow faster, some grow slower, some grow bigger, some grow smaller.  It's the same with cis women when they go through puberty.

As for trying to maintain boy mode with boobs, you could probably get away with a sports bra unless they get really big.  Then, you'd probably want a binder if you're trying to pass as male.

A good thing about starting transition now is that winter will be approaching by the time anything noticeable could potentially be growing in.  Hoodies should make it pretty easy to cover any growth up, and lightening skin can be excused by the colder weather and weaker sun.

I needed a bra about 7-8 months after I stared HRT that was 20+ years ago  my boobs  are very noticeable in the summer weather with a bra on or not. And yes they hurt when not wearing one. :)
I have been on estrogen and progesterone  for 24 years and sprio off and on but not for about 8 years. I have not totally transitioned yet but since  my breasts are very noticeable  36 I it is pretty much impossible not be seen as female. Just went full time. :) Yes I still do yard work!

I'm at 6.5 months, I can feel them bouncing if I want to,but normal walking, nothing. I can't wear just a t shirt, though, too obvious. No bra for me yet. They still basically stick straight out.

From memory I needed a bra after about 2 months, I kept catching them on stuff and hitting things with them, which was NOT fun. Ouch!!

Oh yes I know that feeling all to well! It hurts and I know that my response to the pain is very noticeable.
